Vicki Turner

Vicki Turner is a British designer and illustrator based in Devon. Working in branding, product design, and illustration for clients including The Times, Disney/Pixar, Cartoon Network, Baku Magazine, Eighty Eight Journal and Shop Magazine.

Turner grew up in a cottage on the coast of North Devon, and after wandering the world has recently returned to Devon. A few of the places she visited on her travels were Costa Rica, Indonesia, Finland, and North Carolina. Upon returning she founded Feist Forest. Where she, along with Ben Algar, Ben Sutton and Tom Sutton create beautiful sustainable wooden work tables and studio wares.

With a passion for the natural world from a young, at 12 years old Turner started a wildlife charity. She made badges and zines for her school friends who donated. Nowadays, she still actively participates in environmental campaigns including, Drop In The Ocean and Beach Guardian.

Her clear and colourful geometric illustrations grab your attention straight away. Appearing obvious at first, their abstract nature invites you to look at them closely to really understand their meaning. Turner’s delicious candy colour choices make her flat illustrations tactile.
