We have high hopes for this year’s London Comic Con, after last year’s success:
“Danny DeVito was among a host of special guests at the MCM London Comic Con, which attracted a record 64,000 visitors across the long weekend, with a massive 37,000 people coming through the doors on Saturday alone.
Other stars at Britain’s biggest pop culture event included Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles creator Kevin Eastman; Grimm’s David Giuntoli; Storage 24 writer Noel Clarke and director Johannes Roberts; Teen Wolf’s Tyler Hoechlin and Holland Roden; Once Upon A Time’s Raphael Sparge; Star Wars’ Anthony Daniels; Falling Skies’ Seychelle Gabriel and Sarah Carter; Sanctuary’s Pascale Hutton; Fairly Legal’s Sarah Shahi; legendary comics creator Marv Wolfman; the stars of hit CBBC show Young Dracula; cast and crew from supernatural drama Bedlam and cult horror fave Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.”
The Japan EX area will feature again, serving up a fusion Japanese & Asian Culture with lots of food on offer. There is also a Steampunk section as well as the MCM Fringe Festival, with plenty of activities to do.
The convention is on from the 26th-28th October, so get your tickets in by visiting the official website.
