98 and still going strong, self-taught illustrator, Sheilah Beckett has been illustrating since the 1940s. She is no stranger to technology either, nowadays she illustrates using a wacom tablet, and has a Facebook page to boot! Her work is stunning filled with beautiful line work, rich colours and adorable characters. We can all learn a thing or two from this exceptional lady.
