My Monster Burrufu

My Monster Burrufu

Alberto Corral an animator at Dreamworks got in touch with us at The Lounge with the suggestion of his new childrens book “My Monster Burrufu”. It’s written by Alberto himself and illustrated by the very talented Alessandra Sorrentino, an animator who also worked on the epic “Secret of Kells”.

“My Monster Burrufu” is about the young girl Olivia who has just moved into a new house and befriends a the monster named Burrufu who hides in the attic. The artwork is just fantastic and we think there could be a possibility of turning this into an animated short? When you combine the imagination of these two great artists the result is the fun, sweet and entertaining.
