  1. Box Brown

    Box Brown is a comic book writer, illustrator and publisher from Philadelphia. His breakthrough graphic novel, Andre the Giant: Life and Legend, spent three weeks on the New York Times Graphic Novel Best Sellers List. Brown’s small press achievements were recognised by Ignatz Award, winning an Outstanding Series Award for his self-published book Everything Dies. Brown launched the comics publishing house Retrofit Comics, completely funded by Kickstarter donations.

  2. Bastien Jalibert

    Bastien ‘Coolashu’ Jalibert is a character and background designer based in Paris. His stripped back work playfully utilises geometric shapes. With minimal lines he exaggerates characters’ features and creates abstract landscapes for them to inhabit. He employs light textures and harmonious saturated colours to bring a scene to life.

    Marijke Buurlage is a Dutch illustrator based in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. She has worked on children’s books, editorials, packaging and apps for clients including Adobe, Swatch, Solberg & Hansen and DOT Magazine. Her vibrant and playful work has earned the recognition of 3×3 Magazine, Boekie Boekie stArt Award and Fontanel Young Talent Award.

    With her distinctive ornate style, illustrator and pattern designer Jongmee Kim has crafted vibrant designs for an array of top clients including Martha Stewart. Her fashion and lifestyle work has featured in editorials for Egmont Publishing, Time Inc and Boom Studios.

    Uijung Kim is freelance designer and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by her travels, love of fashion, friends, food and teaching experience, she aims to make people feel happy through her work.

  6. Mathieu Reynès

    Mathieu Reynès is a French comic book writer and artist. Since 2002, he has worked with many of Europes’ top comic publishers including Ankama, Dupuis, Paquet and Spirou. He illustrated the successful Alter ego series, wrote Water Memory, and is currently writing and drawing the supernatural Harmony.
