1. In Their Own Words – Roman Klonek

    Roman Klonek is an illustrator specialising in woodcuts. His bright and bizarre illustrations are a mix of cartoons, folklore and Pop art. Whimsical humanoids and creatures fill the boards, sometimes provoking amusement, sometimes discomfort, and sometimes both. Roman shares with us his artistic influences, creative process and professional path.

  2. Laura Bifano

    Laura Bifano is an illustrator based in Vancouver, Canada. She has worked as a concept artist, storyboard artist, and editorial illustrator. She has exhibited in multiple gallery shows including Thinkspace, Spoke, Gallery 1988, Nucleus, and the Los Angeles Municipal gallery. Her clients include Hasbro, Boom! Studios, The Washington Post, The Calgary Herald and Parks Canada.

  3. Poonam Mistry

    Poonam is a UK based illustrator with an incredible style that draws influence from Indian culture, fabrics, ornaments and other artworks. There seems to be an aboriginal influence in her work which is also evident, but her Indian roots seem ever-present with works surrounding the Hindu Gods and Goddesses, Indian folklore and patterns. She uses various techniques including traditional hand-drawn, screen printing, digital, wood carving and etching.
