  3. Andreas Deja

    Andreas Deja is an animator and the genius behind some of your favourite Disney villains. Born 1957, in Gdansk, Poland, he and his family moved to Dinslaken, Germany, in 1958. When he was eleven years old he watched Disney’s Jungle Book for the first time. Its impact was instant and everlasting, right after seeing the movie, Deja was inspired to become an animator. Around the age of fourteen he began to attend life drawing classes and frequently go to the zoo to study the animals and their movement. Following a short stint in the army, he spent three years studying graphic design at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany.

  4. Rafael Mayani

    Illustrator from Mexico City, Rafael Mayani is currently a Vancouver resident. Specialising in editorial illustration and character design for animation, Mayani shares his talents with creative studio, Giant Ant.

  5. Nicholas Kole

    Rhode Island resident, Nicholas Kole, is an illustrator and character designer. He studied illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design. Kole graduated in 2009, and since has gone on to work with games companies, animation studios and comic publishers. Some of his clients include Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Disney Publishing, Hasbro, Puma and Dark Horse Comics.

  6. Cory Loftis

    Based in sunny California, Cory Loftis originally worked as a lead artist at Carbine Studios, but as of 2011 he joined Walt Disney Animation Studios. In his role as a visual development artist he has contributed to feature films including Wreck-It Ralph (2012) and Frozen (2013).

  7. Alex Wilson

    Originally from Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom, Alexander Wilson currently residing somewhere between “Teeside” and LA, and caters for clients both sides of the pond. He is a freelance illustrator and visual development artist, member of the SCBWI, and represented by Advocate Art.
