From the hustle and bustle of Shanghaï we bring you Chaiko. Earlier in his career he published a few books for the younger generation, but interestingly his first book aimed for an adult audience ‘Love, fragments: Shanghaï’ was originally refused by a magazine in China for being too ‘hard’. The book found an audience in France, where it was picked up by Xiao Pan.
